This recipe will help you make a fancy dish that will please your guest(s), with very minimal work as we are using here many ready-made ingredients. This dish is designed for those days when you are short on time but still need to come up with a sophisticated dish in a very short period of time!

Ingredients (4 guests):

* 1 lb. fresh salmon fillet,
* 2 cups cooked and peeled shrimp (fresh or thawed)
* 1 lb. linguine or fettucini
* 1 red pepper cut into strips
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* Butter and Oil
* 2 cups Alfredo sauce (more if desired)
* 2 tablespoons pesto
* Grated Romano cheese for serving
* Salt and pepper

Cooking instructions

1) In a saucepan, cook the salmon fillet until cooked; season with salt and pepper. Cut the salmon in small flakes when cooked, and discard the skin.

2) Cook the fettucine in boiling salted water 10 minutes. Drain.

3) Melt a knob of butter in a skillet and a little oil and bring the garlic and pepper strips.

4) Mix in the shrimp, and fry just to heat them up, no more than 2 minutes so as not to make their texture rubbery and unpleasant.

5) Pour alfredo sauce over the shrimp, add the pesto and mix all ingredients. Then turn off the burner and add the pasta and toss to coat with the mixture.

6) Finally, add the salmon flakes and mix gently so as not to crumble. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately!
