One of my favorites also... extremely easy to do and
so refined, this Cheese Sauce will impress your guests;
as it is much easier to do than it seems...
Ingredients:
20g Butter (melted)
50g Gorgonzola Cheese (crumbled)
100g Mascarpone Cheese
7g Parmesan (grated)
Nutmeg
Basil
Almonds
Preparation:
Prep in a small sauce pan,
melt butter on low heat, making sure it does not scortch,
slowly add the cheeses, stirring as you do to make sure
everything is blended well.
Stir in nutmeg, basil, and almonds (to your taste)
Once blended, you're ready to serve!
Top over your preferred pasta or vegies
