Three Cheese Pasta Sauce


Also one of my favorites ... extremely easy to do and so refined,
this Cheese Sauce will never fail to impress your guests;
as it is much easier to do than it seems...
This cheese sauce recipe is also delicious over vegetables as a
first course or side dish.

Ingredients (for two):

* 1/2 lb. of your favorite long pasta, such as spaghetti or linguine
* 20g Butter (melted)
* 50g Gorgonzola Cheese (crumbled)
* 100g Mascarpone Cheese
* 7g Parmesan (grated)
* Nutmeg
* Dried Basil
* Unsalted and roasted sliced Almonds

Preparation:

1) We will use a small saucepan;
melt the butter on low heat setting, making sure it does not scortch,
gradually add the cheeses, constantly stirring as you do to make sure
everything melts and blends well.

2) Meanwhile boil your pasta in salty water until al dente; drain

3) Stir in nutmeg, basil, and almonds (to your taste)
Once the cheeses have blended together, you're ready to serve!
Top over your favorite pasta or vegetables...
