1) Add a tablespoon of olive oil in pot full of salted water, in which you will boil the pasta with a pinch of basil. Cook the pasta while you are executing the other steps for this recipe.
2) In a large bowl put the surimi, sliced into small slices, tuna from trcan, previously drained, diced tomatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and finally the lemon thyme with the chives; mix gently.
3) When the pasta is cooked “al dente", drain it in a strainer and rinse under cold water immediately to stop the cooking process and also to cool the pasta.
Pour the pasta into the bowl containing the surimi mixture and mix thoroughly so that the pasta is well coated with the mixture.
Put that bowl in the fridge, covered with plastic wrap, if you do not serve immediately, in any case is better to chill it before serving it.
